Lohia Global, known for its ventures in exports, manufacturing, and energy, is venturing into real estate with a ₹1000 crore investments over five years. The company aims to develop housing projects in Lucknow, Moradabad, and Delhi NCR.

Pyush Lohia, Director of Lohia Worldspace, expressed their readiness to leverage their diverse industry experience in the real estate sector. They aim to set new standards in living and community development with the introduction of Lohia Worldspace.

Recognising the growing demand for modern housing in urban and tier 2 markets, the company plans to focus initially on tier 2 cities, later expanding to Delhi-NCR. They aim to develop five residential projects covering 30 lakh square feet in the next five years, starting with luxury residences in Moradabad.

The company projects the real estate venture to generate cumulative revenue of ₹4000 crores by 2030, becoming a significant contributor to the group's revenue. Lohia Global, headquartered in Delhi, currently generates an annual revenue of around ₹1,200 crore from its existing businesses in handicraft tiles, electric vehicles, exports, and solar energy.
